When doing a client analysis, the client is always right. On this assignment, the problems are many and they are obvious. The solution is simple and within grasp. However, the client knows what they want whether it is the solution or not.
Case in point:
1. Client has no process for work product intake, estimating, planning, development or reporting.
2. Client does not want to educate staff, change any processes, add new processes or collect status reports.
3. Client wants a computerized dashboard highlighting all the successes and work products.
It must be magic. Buy a computer (or computer program) and it will solve all your problems. What did I miss?
